Hugo Charitable Trust donates to the Rural Support Trust
$50,000 has been given to assist with farmers affected by Cyclone Gabrielle
The Trustees of the Hugo Charitable Trust recently donated $50,000 to the Rural Support Trust National Office, to distribute to the areas and farmers most affected by Cyclone Gabrielle.
The Hugo Charitable Trust was established in 2017 by Maryanne Green so she could continue the legacy of helping others started by her father, Hugh Green. Hugh Green’s aim was to assist poor people in social and medical areas; to give back to the people of New Zealand but never forgetting where he came from.
