BOP Rural Connect Newsletter - Issue #45 - 8 December - Christmas edition!

Welcome to the festive edition of the Bay of Plenty Rural Connect Newsletter for December. In this month's issue, discover valuable wellbeing and business resources to kickstart the New Year. Consider making a resolution to explore something new, find a mentor, sign up for Checking In, or join that group you've always been interested in (Te Puke Young Farmers Club is going strong) and why not give Surfing for Farmers or Rural Riders a go? As the year winds down, we hope you find time to unwind and recharge. Whether it's been a challenging journey or a smooth sail, you've earned a well-deserved break. We understand that for some, stepping away from the farm or orchard can be tricky. Take pleasure in those small moments of downtime, and perhaps start planning a holiday for the upcoming New Year. It's important to acknowledge that not every holiday season resembles a Hallmark Christmas special. If you're not feeling particularly festive this year, that's okay. Take it easy, look after yourself, and make sure to get some well-deserved rest. The entire Bay of Plenty Rural Support Trust team wishes you a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Merry Christmas
