New Drought/Dry Forecasting Tools

From NIWA and the MetService

A new tool created by NIWA in accord with MPI provides useful weekly and 35-day outlooks for dryness and rainfall based on meteorological data.

The MetService has also published their usual long-range forecast for October, saying it's a very El Nino like flavour to the month!
