An evening with Jimi Hunt, Matamata, Waikato

Calm, clarity & contentment amid the chaos

Doors Open 6pm | Complimentary Canapés | Keynote speaker: 7pm

Together with the Waikato branch of NZTBA we are excited to be bringing Jimi Hunt, mental fitness change maker, to Matamata on Thursday 10 August.

Jimi is the co-founder of the charity, Live More Awesome and is well-known for his work in reducing the stigma around mental health in a distinctly colourful way. He is a Guinness World Record holder and a regular panellist on radio and television shows. He has also been the subject of a documentary highlighting his unique and highly successful exploits into raising mental health awareness.

Jimi is committed to affecting radical, positive change in people’s lives. He offers simple, effective life skills and techniques for individuals to implement.

Twice nominated for New Zealander of the Year and finalist in both New Zealander of the Year and New Zealand Innovator of the Year, Jimi provides a very different approach to how we think about mental health and has a gift for weaving in his own story in a raw, humorous and relatable way.

Deeply invested in developing people past their own self-limiting beliefs, Jimi has presented keynotes to a vast array of audiences and organisations. His thought-provoking insights into how we can all deal better with our mental health is relevant to all areas of society.

The world is pretty chaotic right now and that’s not going to change any time soon; so, how do we find our calm, clarity and contentment? With understanding, perspective and the right tools to make sure we’re coming out on top.

This session covers how to implement the two simple Mental Fitness fundamentals that will yield 80% of your results and put you on a clear path to allowing you to choose wisely no matter what situation arises.

Plus, we talk GIANT waterslides, swimming down enormous rivers and walking a ridiculously long way.

Dress code: smart/casual

Cash/eftpos bar available.
