Are you short staffed?

Federated Farmers is wanting to help you, as employers, find workers to fill the vacancies in the agriculture sector all over New Zealand.

Federated Farmers are working together with the Ministry of Social Development to get kiwis onto farm. They started the initiative in 2020, and to date, have put 525 Kiwis on to farms with support of a clothing starter kit from Kaiwaka and in some cases a Flexi-Wage Subsidy.

Federated Farmers have been asked to identify vacancies across the agriculture sector. They ask that you register any vacant positions on your farm. By doing so, you are showing your support for this initiative, which helps Feds continue more projects like Get Kiwis On Farm.

If you have already employed someone this year, click the link below to see if you are eligible for this initiative.
