Need help in navigating ACC?

Way Finders make it easier for you to understand your ACC entitlements and support you on your ACC journey

Way Finders is a navigation service for ACC clients. They can make it easier for you to understand your ACC entitlements and support you on your ACC journey.

Anyone in New Zealand can use their service for free. They're completely independent from ACC so we can give you fair and honest advice. But they'll always refer to ACC policies and processes so you can be sure that we're giving you correct information and we're all on the same page.

They're community-based and run by people who have real skills and experience in supporting injured and disabled people to have more control over their lives. They want you to understand the supports and services you can get from ACC, so you can stay focused on your rehabilitation and recovery.

Their approach supports people/tāngata who have had an injury to make informed decisions; to build capability in the community and influence changes to the ACC system.

Their team work remotely and are based all over New Zealand.
