How to manage and support your team on farm during COVID19

What if someone on-farm gets or is exposed to COVID19? Do you have a plan for on your farm?

DairyNZ and Beef + Lamb NZ suggest you think about what you would do and how you will manage COVID19, before  you need to as part of your business continuity planning. It might be useful to talk through with your networks of farming colleagues, neighbours and friends about how you might support each other in different scenarios.

Do talk with your farm team also n how you might support each other in the event someone on your farm contracts the virus.

For more details go to DairyNZ and/or Beef + Lamb NZ websites.
